"Developing Your Character"
The thirty six year old Arabian taxi driver by name of Halala Sheed drives around High Land Park not knowing that he can get shot at. Hes grumpy man who makes a decent living with his job and puts through life only for loving family which he cares for alot. At home and when hes driving around he smokes alot of ciggars because he is addicted, and that has caused his lungs to almost collapse on him more than once. Hes been a step away from death but yet he does not quit smoking. He also has some horrible long toe nails with fungus. He walk around in leather sandals and smells funky because of his medical desease which makes his always smell like fish even though he showers.

"Setting"
| I hear my nephews foot steps as he creeps into my room. I hear the ring of my house phone echoing its may to my room. I hear my nephews gasps as he falls quietly asleep. I hear the pressure of my fingertips on my keyboard. I hear the light sound of the air venting in my room. I smell the ham that my nephew is devouring in front of my face. I smell the scent of the new perfume xoxo that my sister received as a present for her birthday. I smell the fumes of illegal substances around my house. I smell the sweetness of the banana flavored bubble gum I aI'm chewing on. I smell orange juice on my nephews clothing. I feel the pressure of my fingertips pressing against my computer keyboard. I feel my nephews butty buggying to the music on my lap. I feel my cold hands on my neck. I feel a disturbing itch on my left arm. I feel cold face cream all over my face. I see lots od stuffed animals on top of my bed. I see the bright sun shining into my room. I see plenty of letters on my computer screen. I see candy wrappers scatered all over my desk. I see the refletion of the clothing in my closet through the miror near my door. I taste ham on my phalangies. I taste hard banana gum in my mouth. I taste nothing. I taste blood in my finger nails. I taste freshly made pancakes with syrup in my mouth. |

Response to Lyrics
Song: Arde El Cielo
Artist: Mana
Lyrics:
Nos fue trabando la rutina
fue llenando de vacíos
fuimos hablando la palabra
y explotando en puros líos
me deseo suerte amor
ya me voy al olvido
solo le pido a dios
darte alivio
arde, arde el cielo y el dolor
arde mi espiritu, arde el amor y la luz
arde el cielo amor
sale el halcón, sale el demonio
un infierno un manicomio
gritos violencia, platos rotos
como ciega la demencia
solo yo te pido amor
que nunca me abandones
solo le pido a dios
darte alivio
yaaaa....
Response:
The reason why I choose this song is because of the message it sends out.
People are so into there own lives worrying about there small problems without being aware of what the rest of the world is living and what is occurring around us. Many of the people are not updated about politics and what our presidents are doing to our countries, and most of the people who are aware aren't doing anything in respect to what is being done to OUR EARTH.
Another thing that I really like in this song is a phrase that it says "el mundo ardio hasta que no quedo" which means the sky burned until there was no more. Many people who believe in God believe in heaven. Heaven is something that we look up to for hope in God, its just a beautiful view full of wonder but when people live horrible situations they have no hope and the skt which they looked upon no longer brings hope.

Bio Poem
Jacky
Child of Dinora
Who loves Tito
Who hates injustice and corruption
Who wants to go to Heaven
Who wishes she could've met her dad
Who is scared of being alone
Who dreams of living perfectly
Who is determined to help change lives
Who values love, honesty, & hardwork
Who is proud of the way she is
Who graduated from Aldama & Burbank
Who lives the realities of life
